NEIL DOUGLAS REILLY is a composer, orchestrator, producer, and proud public servant. His work includes music and lyrics for the musicals Between Gods and Kings, Loch Lomond, and for the film Smile. After working for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign in Iowa, Neil returned to New York to work for a civil justice not-for-profit and then for State Senator Brian Benjamin as Director of Government Affairs and Communications, with whom he successfully fought to flip the State Senate to Democratic Control in 2018.
